Business:  David C will do "An Eracism Minute" at 1/29/17 service on white privilege.  Hilde will do one in 3 weeks; Libby will do one on 2/12/17.

Business: Mary Alden will do "An Eracism Minute" on 1/22/17

David recommended we all call Maria Cantwell & Patty Murray to urge them to vote no to Jeff Sessions as Trump's appointment to US Attorney General.

Themes: Fear is motivation for racism; no consensus of a definition for racism; fear has been used for manipulation; media fuels "fear of other;" denial of racism; deflection from the problem; need to listen to victims, address conflict.
